The check-in, check out process is automatic using a code. There isn't anyone around that you can reach when you need. The check-out time is 10:00 AM and if you're outside at that time you cannot re-enter to the building or your room if you were at the toilet, shower etc at 10:00. Sent e-mails through 訂房網站.com as well as to their regular e-mails address never got replies. There is no chance of leaving your bag if you'd like to discover the city, I had to carry my luggage with me all day after check-out and got soaked because of the rain together with my luggage. In my second visit, by paying a double of what I paid here I stayed at Marriott and worth every penny.

The location is very convenient for central Cardiff, stadium railway etc. the property itself was not the one shown in the advert as they run several properties in the local area. The bathrooms were clean but my room was tired and had stains and broken blinds. The heating was either on or off as the controls were not self explanatory. Having stayed in many cities for what you get I felt the price was very high.
